Terms of service

Submitting an order creates a request to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm availability and issue an invoice.

Prices are shown in the currency listed on each product and exclude local duties. Delivery and handling charges are shown before you submit your order.

Items marked out of stock remain listed for reference but cannot be ordered until stock is restored.

Unused consumables in original packaging may be returned within 14 days. Instruments are covered by a 12-month limited warranty.
